Introduction to your Myers Briggs Personality Type

• Understand the concepts and terminology associated with MBTI®.
• Participants will assess and verify where they fit in the set of MBTI® Types.
• Understand the strengths and challenges of their Type.
• Learn how to anticipate dynamics between their Type and other Types.
• Participants will learn to apply their Type to team and work situations, including differences in leadership & communication styles.
• Have the resources to further learn about MBTI® Type after the course ends.

Managers, Leaders, Supervisors and personnel that work in teams or collaborative cultures.

This course can be adapted to fit specific tools, methods, forms and terminology used by the client organization.  Additional time can be added for practice and application to specific company scenarios.
