The CAPA course explores the foundations of the process, tools, and documentation of proper and effective CAPA's. Many companies are conducting CAPA's that are ineffective at short-term correction and containment actions as well as at the sustained prevention of root cause recurrence.
The course is based on the 8D (eight disciplines) model that in wide use now across many sectors. Your company does not have to be using 8D to get value from this course.
This course is hands-on which lends itself to onsite delivery; however virtual delivery can be effective as well while minimizing instructor travel time and fees.
