Our Outplacement Coaching services are designed to meet your or your company's specific needs. These services can be broken down into the following types:
Individual Outplacement
Our Individual outplacement service consists of private sessions with a dedicated outplacement coach. These sessions will focus on key areas in order to provide successful outplacement, such as:
- Assessment of current skills
- Discovery of your personality type using MBTI
- Resume development
- Professional networking and job search
- Interviewing
- Negotiating potential offers.
You will also receive a comprehensive workbook and supporting materials in order to assist you throughout the journey.
Group Outplacement
Our group outplacement services consists of a series of workshops with a dedicated outplacement coach. These workshops will focus on key areas in order to provide successful outplacement, such as:
- Professional Assessment
- Resumes
- Job Search
- Interviewing and Negotiating
Optional add-on:
- Individual employee appointments to address specific and confidential matters.
Participants will also receive a comprehensive workbook and supporting materials in order to assist them throughout the journey.
