Service Summary

Our Key Person Coaching service is a 1-on-1 process where we identify performance improvement opportunities for managers and supervisors, and guide them on the insights and changes needed to perform their staff leadership and operational tasks more effectively.

Is Key Person Coaching Needed?

Common Signs Coaching is Needed

Session Details

The Key Person Coaching Process

The typical Key Person Coaching process includes the following steps and events:


  • Situational analysis interviews with HR, the person and person’s manager
  • Setting up internal support
  • Setting goals and accomplishing one.
  • Four (4) to five (5) sessions to work on goals and assess progress
  • Closing session with HR, person and manager

  • Interaction Styles® Assessment
