Markey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Santa Clara University in California and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Group Dynamics from University of Vermont.

She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), FlexTalk, and Emotional Intelligence and the author of Leadership Styles, Acting on Informed Decisions and Stand Out in the Crowd, Launch, Grow & Prosper as a Woman Solopreneur.

Markey is a regular presenter at international, national, and regional conferences in the area of applications of Personality Type (MBTI®) theory, entrepreneurial & professional development.
